When we dropped Scout off with Lily for her 7-week Board & Train program, we honestly weren't sure if anyone could get through to him.

Scout is a German Shorthaired Pointer with endless energy and, for lack of a better description, heavy metal playing in his brain 24/7. He struggled to focus, only really respected male authority (which was especially challenging since my husband travels frequently for work and I'm the primary one handling our dogs), and had absolutely no concept of personal space with our other three dogs. He didn't read their cues, struggled with intact dogs, resource guarded, and meeting new people usually meant barking, growling, and backing away. Life at home was... chaotic.

Scout chewed baseboards, walls, couches, and pillows. He dug up our backyard, ripped back our turf, surfed the kitchen counters and outdoor tables, barreled through the back door like he was escaping prison, and sprinted laps around the house instead of ever settling down.

Today? He's a completely different dog.

He respects boundaries, listens to everyone in our family (not just the men!), settles in the house, no longer destroys our home or yard, waits patiently at doors, and is so much more confident around new people. More importantly, he's become the family dog we always hoped he'd be. Lily didn't just train Scout—she trained us, too.

Throughout the entire program, she sent constant updates with photos, videos, and texts so we always knew how Scout was progressing. She made sure we understood the "why" behind the training and gave us practical tools to continue his success at home. She even encouraged our kids to attend every training session so they could learn alongside Scout and be part of his journey. That meant so much to us because her goal wasn't just to have a well-behaved dog during training—it was to make Scout successful with our entire family.

Even after Scout came home, Lily has continued to be incredibly responsive whenever we've had questions. Knowing we have that ongoing support has made all the difference.

We brought home our Gordon Setter Hugo when he was already 4 months old. That might not sound very old, but he came from a pretty lawless environment where he hadn’t had much socialization with people or the chance to really bond with humans. By that age, he had already picked up a few naughty habits that weren’t going to fix themselves.

Lily came to our house for our first session, got to know Hugo, and walked us through what training would look like and where we needed to start. We had one big goal from the beginning, which was solid recall, l but she explained why we needed to build a strong foundation first and tailored our training plan to get us there. One of the things we appreciated most was how knowledgeable she is without ever making us feel overwhelmed. No matter what weird puppy phase or random problem came up, she always had a practical solution or a new way to approach it. It was obvious she genuinely cared about our goofy little guy every step of the way.

Within just a few weeks, we noticed a huge difference. Hugo started listening, checking in with us for guidance and understanding how life in our home worked. Just as importantly, Lily taught us how to communicate with him, be good leaders, and build the kind of relationship we wanted with our dog. She didn’t just train Hugo. She helped us become better dog owners too.

We honestly can’t recommend Pack Leader Lily enough. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your dog and gives you the tools to succeed long after training is over, er she’s the one. We’re so grateful for everything she did for Hugo and for us!!! And we gained a new friend through the experience :)

When we started working with Lily, we were at a loss. After multiple dog attacks, Broly had become extremely insecure, anxious, and reactive. He was constantly digging into and destroying our couch, struggled with boundaries, and seemed overwhelmed by the world around him. We love him deeply, but we didn't know how to help him or if things would ever get better.

In just six weeks, Broly has become a completely different dog.

The change was noticeable almost immediately. Within the first couple of sessions, we saw a dramatic reduction in years of reactivity. Now, we can have people over without stress. He's no longer digging into the couch or constantly acting out from anxiety. Most importantly, he's happier and more confident than we've ever seen him.

I was introduced to Lily when I needed last minute boarding for my puppy Grizzy! She was very accommodating and even provided a pick up and drop off service which was extremely helpful in this particular case.

Lily with Bloom and Heel is amazing! I have two Standard Australian Shepherds who love people, which meant they were constantly jumping on everyone.

Training my first dog, especially a rottweiler puppy, was a task that felt impossible. The board and train program with Lily helped to establish confidence in myself and my dog. Lily's vast knowledge is irreplaceable, and she has assisted in creating a path for us to move forward. I can now confidently continue to train my dog with no doubt that she will turn out great! She helped turn my 1-year-old puppy, who couldn't control her energy, into an elegant dog that can tackle any public setting. The relationship I can now have with my dog couldn't have been done without Lily!

We can't say enough good things about Lily! She boarded and trained our 12-week-old Bernedoodle puppy, Nova, for about two and a half weeks, and from the start, we felt completely at ease. She was an excellent communicator, regularly sharing updates, photos, and videos, and was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. It truly felt like Nova was being cared for as part of her family.

In addition to training and boarding Nova in her home, Lily even took her to a routine vet appointment she was due for, which was incredibly helpful. She also helped us coordinate a special Christmas surprise for our kids when we picked Nova up, creating a memory our family will never forget.

After Nova came home, Lily followed up with a detailed email full of important takeaways and practical tips to help us continue building on the foundation she created.

Hiring Lily for the 6-week training program was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dogs. Lily has an unmatched understanding of a dog’s mind and behavior, and she explains everything in a way that makes sense and feels empowering rather than overwhelming. I have learned so much from her.

Goose struggles with significant anxiety and reactivity, which made walks, outings, and even daily routines very stressful for both of us. Lily took the time to truly understand Goose’s triggers and tailored the training specifically to his needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Goose has become calmer, more confident, and far more manageable in situations that used to feel impossible.

I met Lily while she was having a training session with my neighbor and her new dog. I am so glad I did. She is such a professional and so knowledgeable, explaining everything she does and why.

Beginning with the first session with my 7 month old, Harry, I saw remarkable and positive changes. Harry can definitely be a handful and stubborn but I am now so much more comfortable and confident in his ability to walk, sit and stay when told to do so. His behavior at home and in public is so much more manageable. It was so beneficial for both of us.

Oliver is a rescue & riddled with so much anxiety. I'm an active person and barely ever home, so I wanted to be able to take Oliver with me everywhere I go. It makes it hard when he’s so anxious & reactive towards some other dogs. Although his anxiety is not completely gone, Lily has truly been a huge help! I'm so grateful!

I know how to handle Oliver’s anxiety now, and I know how to build his confidence so one day he’s not shaking in his boots in every new environment. We’re still working on it, but I could never have known where to start, or thought we would’ve gotten as far as we have, without Lily! Sending my 1.5-year-old lab, Phoebe, to Lily was the best decision I could’ve made for Phoebe and myself!

When Phoebe first met Lily, she was terrified of the world. While a very sweet dog in our home, she would bark at other dogs and men, and would freak out on walks if we saw anyone else. After six weeks in Lily’s board-and-train, Phoebe has transformed. She can go on walks and sit on patios without reacting to dogs or humans, loves her crate, and her baseline anxiety level is so much lower than where we started.

I had resigned myself to Phoebe just needing to be an at-home dog because of her anxiety, but Lily changed the course of our lives, allowing us to spend so much more time together out and about. Phoebe fell in love with Lily (and I think she is still wondering where she is), but also respected her and trusted her to guide her in places that scared her. I was very hesitant to leave Phoebe with any trainer, but Lily has gone above and beyond through updates, joint sessions, and checking in even after Phoebe’s stay.

We will be Bloom and Heel fans for life!

Lily is the best! I have two little dogs, and the smaller one just could not be controlled on walks and barked at everything, despite other training sessions. I saw Lily at a coffee shop and was impressed by how the dog she had was behaving. So I asked for her contact info and put my little AussieDoodle Hanalei with her for board and train for a month.

She is so much more well-behaved!! Because she's with her brother, they still tend to get rambunctious sometimes, so I think we need more training, especially with the two together. It is definitely a work in progress, but the results I got from a month with Lily were amazing!

My pups aren't even 2 years old yet, so I think with some more training, the behavior will be ingrained, and we can all live harmoniously!! I'm so happy I found Lily the Pack Leader...

Lily is awesome! Sending Millie to her 30-day Board and Train program was the best thing I could have done for her. I had adopted Millie a few months prior from the shelter, and her anxiety, confidence, and "stranger danger" energy were tough to break, but Lily unlocked a whole new pup inside of Millie.

Millie was instantly comfortable with Lily during our initial evaluation. Her knowledge of dog behavior and training is priceless, and her passion and kindness are genuine.

Not only is she an incredible dog trainer and pack leader, but she also truly cares for the dogs she works with. She went out of her way and bought the dog food for Millie when I forgot to drop it off on her first board and train day. Millie also had a medical event during the training program (unrelated to the training program), and Lily dropped everything to get her to the veterinarian's ER to ensure she got the best care as soon as possible. Millie has been thriving ever since.

Millie walks on the leash like a pro now. She meets new people without hesitation, she listens to commands, and my relationship with Millie has changed for the better, making our bond even stronger. Lily gave me all the tools that I need to continue the training with Millie, and she has improved my confidence when it comes to training tremendously.

I can’t recommend Lily enough! I was desperate for some extra help with my mini aussie, Lady. What I love about Lily is that she is so knowledgeable about the biology of dogs and trains in that way. No treats, no clicks, but adapting to their biological function, and that was a game-changer.

After 6 weeks, Lady knows her place command, can walk on a leash, and is less reactive towards other dogs or a leaf in the wind. I no longer hate going on walks or struggle to take her out in public.

Truly, both Lady and I’s lives are changed for the better, and I am so excited to take my fur baby with me everywhere now.

My partner and I were honestly so overwhelmed before working with Lily. There’s so much conflicting information online, and we had no idea what was actually right for our puppy. Out of frustration, I started asking around for recommendations, and that’s how we found Lily through a coworker.

Now, 6 months later, Sonora is truly thriving. At just 7 months old, she’s exceeding all of our expectations. The transformation has been incredible, and our household feels so much more balanced and peaceful.

I offered to be the new home for Tulip. She had already been through so much. I quickly became overwhelmed with her. I needed to act quickly. My neighbor mentioned Lily to me. I immediately contacted her. I chose the board and train.

Since Tulip has been home, she is a much different dog. She is so much easier to walk with. She is calmer and more obedient. Lily is truly the dog whisperer.

Tulip and I are still working on training techniques. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the training Tulip received from Lily.

Working with Lily over the last 6 weeks has been amazing for both Sedona and me! Sedona used to be terrified of pretty much everything and never wanted to leave the house, but now she’s gaining so much confidence and has become a whole new girl. Lily gave us such a strong foundation that we didn’t have before, and we’re excited to keep building on everything she taught us. Lily always gave clear direction, made me feel supported through the whole process, and was so quick to answer any questions I had. Lily was wonderful to work with when I needed to board my babes! She picked up and dropped off as I prepared for a work trip, which was incredibly helpful, and made both my shepherds feel right at home immediately. My more recently adopted babe gets very nervous and anxious. Lily made him feel at home and kept me updated throughout my trip. I’ll definitely book with her again.

After our 6-week training, we have a completely new dog! He is now much more confident, and we can take him everywhere with us.

Lily is amazing!

I have Australian Shepherd Huskies, and they are a handful. They were struggling with jumping, door manners, and being calm in public. Lily was able to fix all of that!

We did the 6-week program, progressing more and more with each session. Her approach is humane and teaches us how to have a better bond, instead of using fear as a tactic. No e-collar needed!

The transformation has been the best. I now have calm, respectful, well-behaved boys. It’s essential to our family, especially with a 1-year-old.

Our dog, Naia, is a highly anxious dog. Lily helped us to understand Naia better and taught us how to work with her. Lily has an amazing understanding of dog behavior, and she has the skills and techniques to address the needs of nervous dogs and humans!

Lily is the best trainer!

Her training methods are so good and easy to transfer while bringing out the confidence in your dog.

Charlie is a rescue puppy and lacked the ability to regulate his nervous system. He barked at everything and was scared of most things. Lily helped Charlie become a new dog. He is able to be in public with me and he is learning the world. In addition, Lily is available and so helpful after Charlie has come home. She responds quickly and provides the support I need to continue to work with Charlie.

I am so thankful we found her and that she has become a part of our lives. Having a dog that is a part of my life was my goal and Lily has accomplished that and more.
