I am so grateful for Lily. She has worked so diligently and patiently with my dog, Meadow. Before training with Lily, I could barely walk down the street without Meadow reacting to every little thing and making a scene, or even walk nicely, as Meadow loved to pull. Now, Meadow can walk by other dogs relatively easily, with little to no issue. Meadow is more well-behaved and overall happier. I was introduced to Lily when I needed last minute boarding for my puppy Grizzy! She was very accommodating and even provided a pick up and drop off service which was extremely helpful in this particular case.

My kids and I were able to go have a fun weekend while knowing our boy Grizzy was very well taken cared of. She provides updates and responds back quickly when I'm just curious on how my boy is

Lily with Bloom and Heel is amazing! I have two Standard Australian Shepherds who love people, which meant they were constantly jumping on everyone.

After working with Lily, that completely changed. She showed me how to train them the right way so they actually wait for my attention instead of demanding it.

Now I can walk both of them at the same time without being dragged down the street.

What I really love is that Lily doesn't just train your dogs for you; she teaches you how to do it. I've tried programs before where you drop your dog off, and they come back knowing a few things, but they won't listen to me. With Lily, my dogs picked things up so quickly, and the changes have actually stuck.

I am not a first time dog owner but I am a first timer when it comes to real dog training. Working with Lily was eye opening and eductional for me and my pup. In the first week we were already seeing progress in his behaivor. It is certainly not a one and done investment but Lily gave me the tools I need to continue building good habits for Nigel making him a well adjusted dog now and in the future. Training my first dog, especially a rottweiler puppy, was a task that felt impossible. The board and train program with Lily helped to establish confidence in myself and my dog. Lily's vast knowledge is irreplaceable, and she has assisted in creating a path for us to move forward. I can now confidently continue to train my dog with no doubt that she will turn out great! She helped turn my 1-year-old puppy, who couldn't control her energy, into an elegant dog that can tackle any public setting. The relationship I can now have with my dog couldn't have been done without Lily!

We can't say enough good things about Lily! She boarded and trained our 12-week-old Bernedoodle puppy, Nova, for about two and a half weeks, and from the start, we felt completely at ease. She was an excellent communicator, regularly sharing updates, photos, and videos, and was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. It truly felt like Nova was being cared for as part of her family.

In addition to training and boarding Nova in her home, Lily even took her to a routine vet appointment she was due for, which was incredibly helpful. She also helped us coordinate a special Christmas surprise for our kids when we picked Nova up, creating a memory our family will never forget.

After Nova came home, Lily followed up with a detailed email full of important takeaways and practical tips to help us continue building on the foundation she created.

Lily is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the dogs and families she works with. We are so grateful for everything she's done for Nova and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional trainer.

Hiring Lily for the 6-week training program was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dogs. Lily has an unmatched understanding of a dog’s mind and behavior, and she explains everything in a way that makes sense and feels empowering rather than overwhelming. I have learned so much from her.

Goose struggles with significant anxiety and reactivity, which made walks, outings, and even daily routines very stressful for both of us. Lily took the time to truly understand Goose’s triggers and tailored the training specifically to his needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Goose has become calmer, more confident, and far more manageable in situations that used to feel impossible.

River also gained confidence, learned better focus, structure, and communication.

Lily doesn’t just work with the dogs - she teaches their human how to be a pack leader and lead with clarity & consistency. No training is a quick fix but with the tools that I’ve gained during my time with Lily I have the confidence to continue the training for the rest of their lives. I met Lily while she was having a training session with my neighbor and her new dog. I am so glad I did. She is such a professional and so knowledgeable, explaining everything she does and why.

Beginning with the first session with my 7 month old, Harry, I saw remarkable and positive changes. Harry can definitely be a handful and stubborn but I am now so much more comfortable and confident in his ability to walk, sit and stay when told to do so. His behavior at home and in public is so much more manageable. It was so beneficial for both of us.

I would definitely recommend Lily to anyone who is interested in bringing out the best in their dogs. Lily’s compassion and dedication to her profession is certainly reflected in her love for her own dogs. Journey was such a good role model for Harry-he’s not there yet but I have faith in him!

Oliver is a rescue & riddled with so much anxiety. I'm an active person and barely ever home, so I wanted to be able to take Oliver with me everywhere I go. It makes it hard when he’s so anxious & reactive towards some other dogs. Although his anxiety is not completely gone, Lily has truly been a huge help! I'm so grateful!

I know how to handle Oliver’s anxiety now, and I know how to build his confidence so one day he’s not shaking in his boots in every new environment. We’re still working on it, but I could never have known where to start, or thought we would’ve gotten as far as we have, without Lily! Sending my 1.5-year-old lab, Phoebe, to Lily was the best decision I could’ve made for Phoebe and myself!

When Phoebe first met Lily, she was terrified of the world. While a very sweet dog in our home, she would bark at other dogs and men, and would freak out on walks if we saw anyone else. After six weeks in Lily’s board-and-train, Phoebe has transformed. She can go on walks and sit on patios without reacting to dogs or humans, loves her crate, and her baseline anxiety level is so much lower than where we started.

I had resigned myself to Phoebe just needing to be an at-home dog because of her anxiety, but Lily changed the course of our lives, allowing us to spend so much more time together out and about. Phoebe fell in love with Lily (and I think she is still wondering where she is), but also respected her and trusted her to guide her in places that scared her. I was very hesitant to leave Phoebe with any trainer, but Lily has gone above and beyond through updates, joint sessions, and checking in even after Phoebe’s stay.

We will be Bloom and Heel fans for life!
